Smashed is Collingwood’s global, award winning free alcohol education programme. Educating young people on the dangers of underage drinking and empowering them to make the right choices. The programme now reaches millions of young people across more than 30 countries, each adapting the experience to their own cultural context while staying true to the mission: meaningful, accessible alcohol education for all. You can find out more about our global programme here: Home – Smashed Project

Our Smashed Live programme is delivered to KS3 students through the use of powerful live theatre and interactive workshops. Led by our brilliant actor facilitators, the experience goes far beyond a lesson about alcohol. It opens up honest conversations about:
• Friendships
• Family pressures
• Mental health
• Academic and social expectations
• The power of informed choices
The revamped visual presentation introduced this year was met with enthusiasm from both students and teachers. Adding an engaging new dimension to an already lively and impactful show.
Smashed Online continues to grow as a flexible, year round resource for teachers. Our filmed version of the programme has been especially popular with both KS3 and KS4 students, giving schools the opportunity to deliver impactful alcohol education whenever it fits their curriculum.
This year, our team hit the road for an incredible 38 week tour, travelling nearly 7,000 miles across Great Britain. From Aberdeen to Cornwall, and from Cardiff to Newcastle, spanning around 28 areas across the UK!

In the 2025/2026 academic year, we reached:
• 74,000+ students through Smashed Live
• 4,000+ additional students through Smashed Online
A year of big achievements, and even bigger impact.
